The second platform comprises hammer-dressed stones, which reflects the rough path towards freedom. Workers made the third platform from chiselled stones. This symbolises how the Pakistan Movement gained momentum. The fourth platform comprises polished white marble which symbolises the success of the Pakistan Movement.
