With buttery soft, fresh brioche buns and toppings such as cheddar cheese, fried egg, mashed avocado and jalapeno-honey-mustard sauce, you’ll be in burger heaven here.

3. Drama Burgers – Vilnius

This super hip and popular burger joint in Vilnius now has five locations across the city and shows no sign of slowing down as one of the city’s ‘must-eats’. What makes the burgers here drive people wild? Drama Burgers focus on quality, home-made ingredients with fresh meat, all packed into a golden brioche bun.

Add on toppings such as their legendary 9-day smoked pastrami for a proper feed.

4. Boom! Burgers – Vilnius

Boom! Burgers also have a sister restaurant in Sofia, Bulgaria, but if you’re in Vilnius you need to make a beeline for this spot. These burger connoisseurs make gourmet burgers with Irish beef, juicy steaks, hand-cut fries and ice cream shakes. Messy, meaty and perfectly juicy, these are hands down some of the best burgers in Lithuania.

5. IQ Baras – Klaipėda

Not only does IQ Baras have some of the best French fries in Europe, the folk here cook up some of the tastiest burgers in Lithuania. There’s a cute outdoor space to sit in warmer months and a wide menu of burgers for all tastes. They’re cooked to a perfectly pink medium over a fire grill to sear in all the flavour, but you can also get it well done if you prefer. Toppings such as smoked cheese or onion rings top it all off.

6. DIA – Kaunas

DIA is a higher end, upscale restaurant where you’ll find a truly gourmet burger. Don’t expect fast food bites here, as this place is classy with a capital C. Serving a menu of dishes inspired by French, Thai, Italian, Japanese, Indian and other cuisines, DIA bakes its own bread each morning and uses local farm ingredients.

The end result is a burger that’s made with tender Wagyu beef in a brioche bun.

7. Meatbusters – Vilnius

This is the place to come if you want a burger that’s stacked high with all sorts of gourmet toppings and ooey, gooey cheese.
