According to Dr. Nigel Armstrong, a lecturer in French and sociolinguistics at the University of Leeds, there is no specific thing that makes a language sexy – it’s nothing to do with the sound of it. In fact, the sexiness of an accent or a language is due to our social and cultural backgrounds.
