The 7 Best Hotels with Eiffel Tower Views

If someone asked you to name the first thing that you can think of when they say the word ‘Paris’, chances are you’re thinking of the Eiffel Tower, right? And what better way to spend your Parisian trip than to wake up every morning and be able to see the sun shining through the glorious Eiffel Tower, as well as seeing it illuminated the last thing before you go to sleep at night. This is a truly wonderful experience, so if you want to see Paris at its very best, then we highly recommend staying in one of these hotels.

Where to Stay in Paris for the Best Eiffel Tower View

1. Hôtel Regina Louvre

Perhaps one of the best hotels in Paris full-stop, the Hôtel Regina Louvre is also one of the most famous.

Constructed over 125 years ago, the hotel has stood proudly in the heart of Paris ever since, offering easy access to some of the most famous Parisian monuments – the Louvre (hence the hotel’s name), the Grand Palais, the Invalides and more.

However, it is the beautiful views of the Eiffel Tower that really sell the Hôtel Regina Louvre to its guests, because it’s not just the Eiffel Tower in the view, it’s the stunning Tuileries Gardens between the hotel and the Eiffel Tower which really emphasise this view.

In the summer months, when the gardens are in full bloom, with the magnificent Eiffel Tower in the background, there are few views from hotels in Paris that rival that of the Hôtel Regina Louvre.

2. Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel

When the hotel has the Eiffel Tower in its name, you know it’s going to be good.

Located right next to the Eiffel Tower, Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel offers some of the best views of this world-famous monument right from your bedroom window.

Because it is so close to the Eiffel Tower, almost every room in the hotel has some sort of view of the monument, meaning that you do not have to book a rooftop restaurant or an executive suite to see it. You can simply open the curtains on a morning and view the Eiffel Tower from your bed – what’s not to love about that?

Furthermore, despite its proximity to the Eiffel Tower, prices at the Pullman are very reasonable compared to other similar hotels, so if you don’t want to spend a small fortune on a room, then this could be an option for you.

3. Hôtel San Régis

Regularly ranked among the most beautiful hotels in the world, the Hôtel San Régis is arguably one of France’s best hotels, let alone a top hotel in Paris with stunning views of the Eiffel Tower.

However, you’d be forgiven for walking right past it without even knowing. Its unassuming entrance hides one of the best-hidden luxury hotels in the French capital, right in the heart of Paris’ Golden Triangle.

Not only are the views of the Eiffel Tower from the hotel unrivalled, but the hotel itself offers a step back into history, into the golden age of Parisian culture. Originally a private mansion, this hotel is also a wonderful place to stay to experience the lively Champs-Elysées district.

A hotel loved by Parisians and tourists alike, this is one of the best options for discreet views of the Eiffel Tower.

4. The Peninsula Paris

Another excellent five-star hotel with beautiful views of the Eiffel Tower, The Peninsula Paris, is a wonderful place to stay if you want to see the Tower.

While there are still fantastic views from most of the rooms, your best bet is to visit the hotel’s restaurant on the top floor, where you can have a clear view of the Eiffel Tower over the rooftops of other nearby buildings.

This is especially amazing at nighttime, when the Eiffel Tower is illuminated, standing like a beacon over the Parisian landscape.

Live out your Parisian dream by dining on some of the finest French food in the city, sipping on even better French wine, and getting that Instagram-perfect shot of the Eiffel Tower. Santé!

5. Hôtel Plaza Athénée

Found along Paris’ prestigious Avenue Montaigne, Hôtel Plaza Athénée is one of the most stunning hotels in the city.

Built in 1913, this hotel is one of the best examples of a classy, luxurious Parisian hotel that has kept its charm for years, and when you can see the Eiffel Tower views that the hotel offers, you’ll see why guests keep coming back year after year.

Dine in the hotel’s Michelin-starred restaurant where you will experience some of the most delightful French cuisine in the country, while you are overlooked by the Eiffel Tower itself – a real Parisian paradise.

Furthermore, the hotel is also in Paris’ fashion district, so if you’re into (very expensive) clothes and fashion in general, you might want to bring some extra cash to do some shopping down here, all the while overlooked by the elegant Eiffel Tower.

6. Hôtel La Comtesse

Picture this: you hear the light hum of vehicles as they start driving through the quiet Parisian streets early in the morning, and the occasional tweeting of birds, and as you open your hotel room curtains, you’re greeted with gorgeous views of the sun coming up and shining through the Eiffel Tower.

That dream can become a reality if you book a room at Hôtel La Comtesse, which has some of the best views of Paris’ most iconic monument from the majority of its bedrooms.

There are only 40 rooms in this excellent boutique hotel, so make sure you book well in advance to secure a room for your stay.

Make the most of enjoying reading your favourite book in the hotel’s Parisian café on the ground floor with views of the Tower, or simply make the most of the room service option to enjoy some French wine – make that champagne, actually – on your balcony overlooking the Eiffel Tower.

7. Shangri-La Paris

We might have just saved the best until last here. The Shangri-La Paris is one of the most famous hotels in the world, and with its five-star rating and nightly rate of well over €1,000 per night, it’s easy to see why it has gained such an incredible reputation.

The Shangri-La was formerly the residence of the famed French botanist Prince Ronald Bonaparte (the grand-nephew of Napoleon), and has been gracefully restored as a Parisian palace, where guests can experience a level of luxury and service that Napoleon himself probably didn’t even experience!

From each of the 100 rooms, you can see views of the Eiffel Tower and the Seine River, and if that doesn’t appeal to you on a Parisian holiday, then we don’t know what does.

This is truly one of the most incredible views of the Eiffel Tower from any hotel in the city, and it’s arguably harder not to see the Eiffel Tower while you’re in the Shangri-La than actually see it.

If you’re prepared to pay the premium prices for one of the best views in Paris, then you won’t be disappointed by opting to stay at the Shangri-La.
