We spend a lot of time looking for the best pizzas in the world here at Big 7 Travel, but we’ve never seen anything as original as this layered prosciutto pizza. Picture a waterfall, and then imagine that waterfall is made out of delicate Parma ham.

Yep. It’s outstanding.

This is taking the art of pizza making and presentation to a whole new level.

You’ll find the layered prosciutto pizza served an Italian restaurant called Luigia, which has outlets in Switzerland and Dubai.

The pizza arrives at the table with great fanfare, bringing the entire room to a stop as people look over and wonder why they didn’t order this amazing treat. The towering pies are made for sharing, with the pizza perfect to have in the middle of the table for a couple of you to pick during the evening.

While some naysayers might be concerned that this is some sort of gimmick, you only need to look at Luigia’s more traditional pizzas and pastas to know that this is a restaurant that know what they are doing…
