1. Nemours Mansion and Gardens

Modeled after Versailles, Nemours is a masterpiece of design with its mansion, fountains, artwork, gilded sculpture and the largest formal French garden in North America.

2. On The Beach – Bethany Beach

A lovely scenic beach and boardwalk, there’s also weekly bonfires during the summer. These typically take place on Thursdays June through August off Campbell Place.

3. Big Chill Beach Club

Chill out, grab a drink or some tacos and enjoy the sunset at this buzzing beachfront bar that has a 200-seater rooftop area.

4. University of Delaware

5. Cape Henlopen State Park

This grand old lighthouse is one of the iconic images of Delaware. Climb to the top of the World War II observation tower and take in the panoramic view.
