You can also dine on the Tuscan Terrace and soak up the picturesque scenery of the surrounding bushland and bay.

2. Ironbark Ridge Vineyard

Just 45 minutes from Brisbane, in Purga, south-west of Ipswich is Ironbark Ridge Vineyard, the oldest established vineyard in the region. With hand-planted vines growing chardonnay, shiraz, grenache and Marsanne, you can sample the wines produced from these vines in the tasting room which is in an original 1920s miners’ cottage.

3. Witches Falls Winery

Some 70km from Brisbane on Tamborine Mountain lies the Witches Falls Winery.
