Geography
Keflavik (meaning Driftwood Bay in Icelandic) is a town in the Reykjanes area in the country's southwest region. When the municipalities of Keflavik, Njarðvík, and Hafnir joined in 1995, the municipality of Reykjanesbær was founded.
