Another point: after almost 2 weeks, the reservation of the deductible has still not been lifted. To be honest, I think that's taking way too long. I hope that this will be dealt with quickly.

The address provided for drop-off was incorrect, and the online booking sheet, along with the executive assisting during car pick-up, failed to provide proper contact information. As a result, I had to drive an additional 1.5 hours, which was a frustrating and stressful experience. Fortunately, when I contacted roadside assistance, they provided the correct address, and the executive who received the car was very kind and even arranged a drop-off for me. The car itself was in great condition.

Tina Muldoon	Rented a car at Manchester airport - T3 and then got shuttle bus to pick up car which was all pretty well laid out and didn’t have to wait long for bus maybe 10 mins . Got to the place and the staff were lovely -very friendly and chatty even tho it was pretty busy . Customer service was 100% . Car was spotless clean and drove very nicely. On return the car was checked by another friendly and cheerful guy and again customer service was very good. Explained all was fine with the car and that if no speeding fines etc the deposit would be returned to card in 2 weeks . The 2 weeks has not pasted yet so I cannot comment on that side. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely rent from this company again :)

He was tied up with a foreign visitor who was having trouble understanding the insurance choices. Note there were no returns while we were waiting.

However, when the car was handed over, they spent more than 30 minutes looking at the car, taking photos and filming it, and made the insurance claim for something that was clearly dirt and something else that was a bit of paint that had popped off and was certainly there before (smaller than a penny), as no incident occurred during the journey.

Somehow, the staff "forgot" to add that to the rental contract, so I was still charged for refuiling at the end of the rental. Alamo return staff promised to check that, but never got back to me. Also I never received any confirmation of returning the car, or a final invoice. Overall, extremely unprofessional experience, avoid at all cost!!
