Easy pick up and I was given an almost new car, just leave some extra time (at least an hour )for drop off and transfer to the terminal.Deposit unblocked just after 3 days,good value for money.

Value for money, Friendly helpful staff. Only negative which I gave as feedback on return was the tyre pressure alarmed on dashboard and only needed a few psi top up, but also once alarmed it needs to be reset, I believe this should be part of the pre-customer delivery check.

Picked up a Vauxhall Mocka. It had a tire pressure warning light come on. I asked them to get this sorted, which they kindly did. I set off on my journey, 10 miles later the light came on again. I returned the car and was immediately gave a brilliant upgrade to a Nissan Juke. This new car had all the facilities that one normally pays for. The car was fantastic, and the supportive staff in Stanstead made the experience wonderful.

Car rental can be stressful,that is why I now take out full insurance.Yes it puts quite an addition on your cost ,but you have complete peace of mind.But I still treat the car as if it is my own,I just don’t understand people who have no respect for their rental. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful and there is no real pressure to convince you to take options you don’t want or need.I’m very happy to recommend Green Motion.

The check-in process is very long . They run a credit check on you although they hold the money from your card. They need 2 proof of address documents.The car I was given was old. The employee was ok.

Pagando un seguro de alquiler a todo riesgo no recibí asistencia cuando sufrí un pinchazo, tuve que cambiar la rueda y poner la provisional, buscar un taller y cambiar la rueda pagándola de mi bolsillo, y para finalizar los despropósitos, me dijeron al devolver el coche que como la rueda no era de la misma marca que el resto no podían reembolsarne el dinero pagado por la nueva rueda. Vamos, ni se os ocurra alquilar coches con esta compañía.

I made a mistake on booking my rental car. I put pick up for 7.30am instead of 7.30pm, therefore when I arrived, there was no car for me. I was in a bit of a state as I'd just dropped my daughter off at the airport. Temi (hope the name spelling is correct) at Stansted Airport did his best to solve the situation, even though I was so confused and distressed at the mistake I'd made and wondering how I was going to get home. Eventually Temi, found me a car and even though it took far longer than the usual car rental pick-up I was on my way. When I returned the car, Dean checked the vehicle back in and even helped me to the pick up point with all my luggage! Thank you Temi and Dean from Europecar Stansted Airport.

Genuinely impressed. Great price, really friendly service, effective free shuttle bus both ways for the whole family. Only negative was that they do try and push extra insurance and made me so paranoid about damaging the car despite me having insurance already. Got a lovely brand new car. Some waiting on pickup and paperwork took a while but they have an effective queue buzzer which calls you when it's your turn.

If you want to ruin your vacation, rent at Alamo. Our flight arrived late, I warned with 2 emails, 1 message. We called to have the car stored for us... conclusion: zero communication! At the counter they told me that they do not have any notice from me, also that they do not have any payment from me... having done the checking and having a reservation number. In the end we rented from the company next door at double the price (common practice)

Price did not reflect what we ended up paying. No customer service, called several times without a return call. Have emailed the complaints department over a week ago and have not even received an acknowledgment. Had to purchase extra, expensive insurances as the one sold by Kedi was not valid. In all seriousness, suggest you do not use this company and am glad that I did not have an accident as I have no confidence in this company.

Car was fine albeit the agent tried to push the very expensive extra insurance that I had already purchased at booking and tried to convince me by saying the company I had purchased from may not pay out for a year. My biggest headache is getting a vat receipt from enjoy travel for the car hire as i travelled for business and despite three e.mails I still don't have so that would prevent me from booking in future as I need a receipt for my books

Greenmotion delivered a unwashed car where I did not see any damage on, then when I return it they claim a 0,5 cm tiny scratch on a rim, and charge me 350 pound for it, totally incredible, I did not park at a curb and could not have created the damage , it already was there

In England, Alamo’s drop off fee from one airport to another is a FRACTION of the fee charged by other companies. Alamo had no surprise fees like many other companies. What Alamo quoted is what Alamo charged. The agents were very good, efficient, and friendly. Alamo is a company that I trust. Other companies seem to be playing a game of “gotcha”.

Got an car with defective back camera. The agent refused to help and informed me just drive as back camera was not part of the car rent anyway. But everytime the car started, lot of noise was started. The agent was very unfriendly. As no repleacement car was possible, I was informed I may not get my money back. Now I have to make a claim through my bank to get my money back. Keep away from this company!!

Very happy with the company, kind and respectful lady ad the desk, nice gentlemen on dropping the car back, a very pleasant experience with europcar. Not so happy with the car's engine. The car itself is OK, nice, new, clean, but it's engine is not powerful enough for the car, it struggles to get to 70miles on the motorway. The car was a MG ZS.

We picked up the car without much incident. The office found our booking fairly easily. Unfortunately the payment system was down and we were not able to pay at the time. Reluctantly we left our credit card details, including security number, on a piece of paper for payment to be put through later. We were somewhat concerned at this security issue but we are keeping fingers crossed nothing untoward occurs because of this. The car itself was great. We had been told we had been given a slight upgrade due to the payment issue. The vehicle was clean, in excellent condition and very well equipped. We received good communication at the end of the rental as to where to go for drop off. At the drop off point however there was no one in attendance and we just had to leave the keys in a drop box. It would have been good to receive a final notice or email to notify us that the vehicle had been received and that there were no issues. We have still not received any communication regarding the return of vehicle. Normally we would expect some kind of notification. As we have had no contact we can only presume everything was fine. Overall though a good rental experience.
