I was in a bit of a state as I'd just dropped my daughter off at the airport. Temi (hope the name spelling is correct) at Stansted Airport did his best to solve the situation, even though I was so confused and distressed at the mistake I'd made and wondering how I was going to get home. Eventually Temi, found me a car and even though it took far longer than the usual car rental pick-up I was on my way. Trusted Customer | We picked up the car without much incident. The office found our booking fairly easily. Unfortunately the payment system was down and we were not able to pay at the time. Reluctantly we left our credit card details, including security number, on a piece of paper for payment to be put through later. We were somewhat concerned at this security issue but we are keeping fingers crossed nothing untoward occurs because of this. The car itself was great. We had been told we had been given a slight upgrade due to the payment issue. The vehicle was clean, in excellent condition and very well equipped. We received good communication at the end of the rental as to where to go for drop off. At the drop off point however there was no one in attendance and we just had to leave the keys in a drop box. It would have been good to receive a final notice or email to notify us that the vehicle had been received and that there were no issues. We have still not received any communication regarding the return of vehicle. Normally we would expect some kind of notification. As we have had no contact we can only presume everything was fine. Overall though a good rental experience. | |
