'Full cover' was nowhere near to full cover. Check exactly what's covered before you go with this provider. The most common things that could go wrong with the car are not covered the company provided me with a car which already had issues which only became apparent at a later date subsequent to leaving the unmanned pick up location. When picking up the car I had to wait for an hour for the guy to arrive with the key.

    Trusted Customer

What else can I say? Worse than the worst? Drivalia (Easirent) refused my driving license as address approve and threatened to cancel my car booking in the call. Three calls to the customer services returned three different response. No refund returned. Talked to customer service of EnjoyTravel and got the only saying that I need to provide address approves. Suggestions to all the people communicating with this company, keep a good record of emails and return to your credit card company, then you'll get your money back.
