Those who maybe can’t pay also have the opportunity to pay with their time, by washing up or welcoming other guests to the café. This is by far one of the best ideas we have ever seen when it comes to eating out and reducing waste.

Chester-Le-Street has a great public transport network and their buses are extremely regular. The town prides themselves on using public transport where possible – but what other options do you have to get around this wonderful town? Well, walking is very easy to get around – especially if you plan to just stay local and explore the main town. However, if you plan to go a little further afield, you may want to consider getting yourself a car – either by bringing your own, or renting one. This way, you have the opportunity to get yourself to further attractions, without having to rely on public transport.
