Our reservations said to pick up the van at terminal 2, which at Barcelona Airport is quite a bit away from Terminal 1. We were told that our van was actually at T1 so we had to take the shuttle. And then at the rental counter at T1, they told us our van was actually at T2 and we would need to wait for them to bring the van to us. So all told, it took about 2 hours to get it all worked out which was a bummer. That said, everyone was very nice and helpful, the van was perfect for our needs, and the return at Alicante was super easy and efficient. | |
