Vacationcare Manchester Airport

How Vacationcare Works

Vacationcare offers both Premium Self-Park and Park & Ride parking options at Manchester Airport.

Premium Self-Park: On arrival, enter the car park and follow the instructions from the on-site team, who will direct you to an available parking space. Once parked, keep your keys with you and report to reception to complete your check-in. Your vehicle will remain in the same parking space throughout your trip. After checking in, you’ll be transferred to the airport.

Park & Ride: On arrival, proceed to Level 8 and park in a yellow bay location on either the left or right-hand side outside of the reception area. Report to reception and hand over your keys. A member of staff will then park your vehicle in a secure space within the covered multi-storey car park while you are away. Once checked in, you’ll be transferred to the airport on the next available shuttle bus.

For both parking options, the shuttle service operates throughout the day and provides a convenient transfer to Manchester Airport terminals. Please note that a £10 fee per vehicle is payable on arrival if using the shuttle bus service. This charge is not included in the parking price and covers the airport’s terminal entry and exit fee. Payment can be made in cash or card at reception.

When you return, simply take the shuttle bus back to the car park and collect your car before continuing your journey home.

How to get there
  1. 1 Head towards Manchester Airport via the M56 and follow signs for the airport terminals.
  2. 2 As you approach the airport, follow signs for the terminals, then take the exit towards Rowlandsway.
  3. 3 Continue along Rowlandsway and follow signs for the Civic Centre Multi-Storey Car Park.
  4. 4 On arrival, proceed to the barrier where the ANPR system will recognise your registration and lift the barrier if pre-booked.
  5. 5 Follow signs to Levels 8-13 where Vacationcare parking is located and park in an available space.
  6. 6 Make a note of your parking location before proceeding to the shuttle pick-up point or following your booking instructions.
