How to get there
- 1 Please call approximately 30 minutes before you get to Heathrow so the team can prepare for your arrival.
- 2 Drive to your terminal's Short Stay Car Park and follow the Off Airport Meet & Greet signs.
- 3 Terminal 2: Follow signs to Terminal 2 Short Stay Car Park (TW6 1EW) and park on Level 4, Row B in the designated Meet & Greet area.
- 4 Terminal 3: Follow signs to Terminal 3 Short Stay Car Park (TW6 1QG) and park on Level 3, Row A in the designated Meet & Greet area.
- 5 Terminal 5: Follow signs to Terminal 5 Short Stay Car Park (TW6 2GA) and park on Level 4, Row R or S in the designated Meet & Greet area.
- 6 A uniformed driver will meet you, inspect your vehicle for any existing damage, complete the handover, and drive your car to a secure nearby parking facility while you walk over to the terminal.
How Yellow Parking Works
Yellow Meet and Greet offers a simple and convenient parking experience for Heathrow travellers, allowing you to drive directly to your terminal before your vehicle is parked securely while you're away.

Call Before You Arrive
Call the Yellow Parking team approximately 30 minutes before you arrive at the airport so they can prepare for your handover.

Drive to Your Terminal
Drive to your designated Short Stay meeting point at your terminal, where a uniformed representative will meet you.

Vehicle Handover & Inspection
The team will check your vehicle, complete the handover process, and take your car to a secure parking facility located approximately five minutes from Heathrow.

Travel to the Terminal
Once the handover is complete, simply walk straight to the terminal while your car is safely parked in a secure compound.

Collect Your Car
On your return, call the team to confirm your arrival. Your vehicle will be returned to the same Short Stay meeting point for collection.
