How to get there
- 1 Please call approximately 30 minutes before arriving at Heathrow so the team can prepare for your handover.
- 2 Before handing over your car, take a photo of your mileage for your records, keep valuables with you, validate your short stay ticket as instructed by staff, and if you get lost, park safely and call the team rather than exiting the car park.
- 3 Terminal 2: Follow signs for Terminal 2 and continue towards the Short Stay Car Park (TW6 1EW). Stay in the far right-hand lane and follow signs for Level 4 Off Airport Parking. Park in Row B where your driver will meet you.
- 4 Terminal 3: Follow signs for Terminal 3 departures and enter the Short Stay Car Park (TW6 1QG). Go directly to Level 4, park in Row B, and wait in the designated meet and greet area.
- 5 Terminal 5: Follow signs for Heathrow Terminal 5 and drive to the Short Stay Car Park (TW6 2GA). Stay in the far right lane, enter Short Stay, then follow signs to Level 4 Off Airport Parking. Park in Row S.

Call Before You Arrive
Call approximately 30 minutes before reaching your terminal so the Triangle Parking team can prepare for your arrival.

Drive to the Meeting Point
Drive into your terminal’s designated Short Stay meeting area and park in the specified rows for your terminal.

Vehicle Handover
Meet a uniformed driver, complete the handover, and leave your keys. Your vehicle will then be moved to Triangle Parking’s secure storage facility while you head to departures.

Travel to the Terminal
After handover, proceed into the terminal and continue your journey as normal.

Collect Your Car
On return, call once your plane lands and again after collecting your luggage. Head to your designated meeting point, inspect your vehicle, confirm mileage, and collect your keys. Validate your parking ticket and pay any applicable exit charges.
