How to get there
- 1 Please call approximately 30 minutes before arriving at Heathrow so the team can prepare for your arrival.
- 2 Drive to your departure terminal and follow the signs for the Short Stay Car Park.
- 3 Terminal 2: Follow signs to Terminal 2 Short Stay Car Park (TW6 1EW) and proceed to Level 4, Row B.
- 4 Terminal 3: Follow signs to Terminal 3 Short Stay Car Park (TW6 1QG) and proceed to Level 4, Row A.
- 5 Terminal 5: Follow signs to Terminal 5 Short Stay Car Park (TW6 2GA) and proceed to Level 4, Row R or S.
- 6 A uniformed driver will meet you, inspect your vehicle for any damage, complete the handover, and drive your car to a nearby secure car park while you head straight to the terminal.

Your car will be taken to a secure off-airport car park protected by CCTV, security gates, and perimeter fencing.

After the handover, simply head into the terminal while your vehicle is safely stored off-site.

Collect Your Car
On your return, call the team once your flight has landed. Your vehicle will be delivered back to the same meeting point, ready for your journey home.
