Getting to Park Giant Parking Car Park
How to get there
- 1 Before arriving at Heathrow, call Park Giant approximately 30 minutes before reaching your terminal. This allows the operations team to prepare for your arrival and helps avoid additional Short Stay parking charges. Alternatively, call 07594 517 711 if required.
- 2 Terminal 2: Postcode TW6 1EW. Follow signs to Terminal 2 Short Stay Car Park and proceed to Level 4. Follow the signs for Off-Airport Parking and park in Row B where a Park Giant chauffeur will meet you. Please avoid entering the Heathrow Drop-Off area, as separate airport charges apply.
- 3 Terminal 3: Postcode TW6 1QG. Drive to the Terminal 3 Short Stay Car Park and continue to Level 4. Park in Row A within the designated Off-Airport Parking area where your Park Giant chauffeur will complete the handover.
- 4 Terminal 5: Postcode TW6 2GA. Follow signs for Terminal 5 Short Stay Car Park. Continue to Level 4 and park in Rows R or S, where a Park Giant chauffeur will be waiting to collect your car.
How Park Giant Parking Works
Park Giant offers a quick and straightforward Meet & Greet service, allowing you to drive directly to your terminal while your vehicle is parked securely off-site.

Call Before You Arrive
Approximately 30 minutes before arriving at Heathrow, call the Park Giant
operations team so your chauffeur is ready to meet you.

Meet Your Chauffeur
Drive to your terminal's designated Short Stay Car Park, photograph your
vehicle, remove any valuables and travel documents, then meet your chauffeur for a brief
vehicle inspection and paperwork check before handing over your keys and Short Stay entry
ticket.

Secure Parking & EV Charging
Your vehicle will be taken to Park Giant's secure off-airport storage facility
while you walk directly to departures. If you've booked EV Meet & Greet, one vehicle
charge is included, with your car typically returned at around 80% battery. Electric
vehicles should arrive with at least 15% battery charge.

Travel with Confidence
Once your vehicle has been handed over, you can walk straight to your terminal
without needing any shuttle buses or transfers.

Collect Your Vehicle
After landing, call Park Giant and your vehicle will be delivered to the
designated Off-Airport Parking collection area, ready for your journey home.
