Getting to MBW Parking Car Park
How to get there
- 1 Before arriving at Heathrow, call MBW approximately 30 minutes before reaching your terminal so the team can prepare your car handover.
- 2 Terminal 2: Postcode TW6 1EW. Follow signs to Terminal 2 Short Stay Car Park and enter via the Level 4 access lanes. Once inside, follow the signs for Off Airport Parking Meet & Greet and park in Row A or B, then head to the MBW desk by the lift lobby.
- 3 Terminal 3: Postcode TW6 1QG. Drive to the Terminal 3 Short Stay Car Park and take a ticket at the entry barrier. Continue to Level 4 and park within the designated Meet & Greet area, Row A or B, and meet the MBW team at the desk near the lobby.
- 4 Terminal 5: Address TW6 2GA. Follow signs for Terminal 5 Short Stay Car Park. Proceed to Level 4, parking in zones R or S, which are the designated areas for off-airport Meet & Greet operators, and meet the MBW team at the check-in desk.
How MBW Parking Works
MBW Meet & Greet provides a fast and simple airport parking service, allowing you to drive directly to your terminal while your vehicle is securely parked off-site.

Arrive at Your Terminal
Drive directly to your Heathrow terminal short stay car park and follow the
dedicated off-airport Meet & Greet signs. Park in the designated bays and proceed to
the MBW desk.

Check In with MBW Team
A uniformed driver wearing orange and black will complete the check-in process
with you. Hand over your keys and short stay ticket, and sign the required paperwork.

Vehicle Handover & Secure Parking
Your vehicle will be inspected and then driven to a secure off-airport storage
facility while you walk directly to departures.

Return Process
After landing, collect your luggage and call MBW once you have cleared
arrivals. The dispatch team will arrange your vehicle return and direct you to the
designated meeting point at your terminal.

Exit Procedure
Your parking ticket will be validated before exit to ensure a smooth departure
from the airport.
