Getting to Maple Parking Car Park
How to get there
- 1 Terminal 5: Follow signs to Terminal 5 Short Stay Car Park. Drive up the ramp, keep left and follow signs for Level 4 Short Stay. Continue following signs for Off Airport Meet & Greet and park in the designated bays. Unload your luggage, lock your vehicle and check in with the Maple Parking team at the handover desk in the lift lobby.
- 2 Terminal 2: Enter Heathrow via Tunnel Road and follow signs for Terminal 2 Short Stay. Continue to Level 4, following signs for Off Airport Parking. Keep right and enter through the furthest right-hand barrier before parking in one of the designated Meet & Greet bays.
- 3 Terminal 3: Follow signs for Terminal 3 Short Stay Car Park. Take a ticket at the entrance and continue to Level 4, where the designated Off Airport Meet & Greet bays are located.
How Maple Parking Works
Maple Parking offers a convenient meet and greet service at Heathrow Airport, allowing you to drive directly to your terminal before your vehicle is parked securely while you're away.

Drive to Your Terminal
Drive directly to your selected terminal's designated Meet & Greet area and park in one of the allocated bays.

Check In with the Handover Team
Unload your luggage, meet the Maple Parking team, and provide your booking confirmation and return flight details.

Vehicle Inspection & Secure Parking
Your vehicle will be photographed before a trained Maple Parking driver takes it to their secure off-airport parking facility.

Check In & Travel
For Terminal 5 bookings, you can usually arrive without calling ahead. For Terminal 2 and 3 bookings, please call approximately 20 minutes before reaching the airport so the handover team is ready for your arrival.

Collect Your Car
After your return flight, collect your luggage and make your way back to the designated Short Stay collection area, where your vehicle will be returned for a quick and convenient departure.
