Getting to Kwik Park Car Park
How to get there
- 1 Please call approximately 30 minutes before arriving at Heathrow so the team can prepare for your handover.
- 2 Terminal 2: Follow signs for Terminal 2 and continue towards the Short Stay Car Park. As you approach the ramp, stay in the far right-hand lane and follow signs for Level 4 Off Airport Parking. Proceed to Row B where your driver will meet you.
- 3 Terminal 3: Follow signs to Terminal 3 departures and enter the Short Stay Car Park. Continue directly to Level 4, Row B and wait in the designated Meet & Greet area.
- 4 Terminal 5: Follow signs for Heathrow Terminal 5, then continue into the Short Stay Car Park. As you approach the ramp, stay in the far right lane, merge into Short Stay, then move into the left lane and follow signs to Level 4 Off Airport Parking. Park in Row S.
- 5 Short Stay access requires an entry fee and exit fee of £8 each (subject to change).

Call the Kwik Park Team
Approximately 30 minutes before arriving at Heathrow, call the Kwik Park team so they can prepare for your vehicle handover.

Drive to Your Terminal Meeting Point
Drive directly to your designated terminal Short Stay Car Park meeting point, where a fully insured Kwik Park driver will meet you.

Complete the Vehicle Handover
Hand over your keys to the driver and complete the quick handover process before your vehicle is moved to the secure parking facility.

Check In & Travel
Continue directly into the terminal and begin your journey while Kwik Park safely stores your vehicle off-site.

Return Journey – Contact the Team
After landing, call the Kwik Park team immediately. Then call again once you have collected your luggage so they can arrange your vehicle return.

Collect Your Vehicle
Your vehicle will be brought back to the terminal collection point, ready for you to continue your journey. Please note that Heathrow Short Stay exit charges are payable by the customer.
