How to get there
- 1 Please call approximately 30 minutes before you arrive at Heathrow so the team can prepare for your arrival.
- 2 Follow signs for your terminal's Short Stay Car Park and park in the designated Off Airport Meet & Greet area.
- 3 Terminal 2: Follow signs to Terminal 2 Short Stay Car Park (postcode TW6 1EW) and park on Level 4, Row B in the designated Off Airport Meet & Greet area.
- 4 Terminal 3: Follow signs to Terminal 3 Short Stay Car Park (postcode TW6 1QG) and park on Level 3, Row A in the designated Off Airport Meet & Greet area.
- 5 Terminal 5: Follow signs to Terminal 5 Short Stay Car Park (postcode TW6 2GA) and park on Level 4, Row R or S in the designated Off Airport Meet & Greet area.
- 6 A uniformed driver will meet you, inspect your car, complete the handover, and drive your vehicle to the secure parking compound while you walk directly into the terminal.

Call Before You Arrive
Call the Happy Days team approximately 30 minutes before your scheduled meeting time so they can prepare for your arrival.

Drive to Your Terminal
Drive directly to your terminal's Short Stay car park and park in the designated Off Airport Meet & Greet area, where a uniformed driver will be waiting.

Complete the Handover
After a quick vehicle inspection and handover, your driver will take your car to a secure parking facility. Your keys will remain with the parking operator during your trip.

Enjoy Your Trip
Walk straight into the terminal while your vehicle is safely parked in the secure compound.

Collect Your Car
On your return, call the number provided once you've collected your luggage or cleared passport control. Your car will be returned to the same Short Stay meeting point, ready for collection.
