How to get there
- 1 Drive directly to your departure terminal at Heathrow Airport and head to the designated Short Stay Car Park meeting point. Please arrive and call the chauffeur approximately 30 minutes before arrival on 07944 535 904 to confirm your arrival.
- 2 Terminal 2: Short Stay Car Park Level 4, Row B.
- 3 Terminal 3: Short Stay Car Park Level 4, Row B.
- 4 Terminal 5: Short Stay Car Park Level 4, Row S.
- 5 Please note that customers are responsible for paying the Heathrow Short Stay Car Park entry and exit charges.

Five Star provides a simple and convenient meet & greet service designed to make your journey through Heathrow as smooth as possible.

Call Before You Arrive
Call your chauffeur approximately 30 minutes before your scheduled arrival
time, then drive directly to your terminal's designated Short Stay Car Park meeting point.

Meet Your Chauffeur
A uniformed, fully insured driver will meet you at the designated meeting point
to collect your vehicle.

Vehicle Inspection & Secure Storage
Together you'll inspect your vehicle, photographs will be taken and stored with
your booking, your return flight details will be confirmed, and your vehicle will be
driven to Five Star's secure storage facility.

Collect Your Vehicle
After collecting your luggage on your return, call the Five Star team and your
chauffeur will meet you at the Short Stay Car Park with your vehicle ready for collection.

Important Information
The service operates between 5:30am and 11:00pm. Customers are responsible for
Heathrow Short Stay entry and exit fees. Returns after midnight incur a £40 late return
charge. Returning on a different flight or earlier than booked also incurs a £40 charge.
Additional parking beyond your booked return date is charged at £40 for the first 24
hours, then £10 per day thereafter.
