Getting to Edward Lloyd Car Park
How to get there
- 1 Please call Edward Lloyd approximately 30 minutes before your scheduled arrival time to confirm your handover arrangements. To avoid delays, please do not enter the Short Stay car park before your booked arrival time unless instructed by a member of the Edward Lloyd team.
- 2 Terminal 2: Postcode TW6 1EW. Follow signs to Terminal 2 Short Stay Car Park and proceed to Level 4. Follow the signs for Off-Airport Parking and park in Row B where your chauffeur will meet you.
- 3 Terminal 3: Postcode TW6 1QG. Follow signs for Terminal 3 Short Stay Car Park and proceed to Level 4. Park in Row B, where an Edward Lloyd driver will be waiting to collect your car.
- 4 Terminal 5:Address TW6 2GA. Follow signs for Terminal 5 Short Stay Car Park and continue to Level 4. Park in Rows R or S, where an Edward Lloyd chauffeur will be waiting to collect your car.

Call your chauffeur approximately 30 minutes before your scheduled arrival time

When you arrive at your designated Short Stay meeting point, your uniformed
driver will assist with your luggage and confirm your booking details.

Vehicle Inspection & Secure Parking
A vehicle inspection will be carried out and photos will be taken of your car
for added peace of mind before it is driven to a secure off-airport storage facility.

Return Process
On your return, call the Edward Lloyd team after collecting your luggage. Your
vehicle will be delivered back to the designated Short Stay collection area.

Heathrow Short Stay entry and exit charges are payable by the customer.
