How to get there
- 1 The car park is located within Pollards Farm Estate just off Newchapel Road and is easily accessible from Gatwick Airport and the surrounding motorway network.
- 2 Airport fees are included in the parking price.
- 3 Shuttle transfers are included for up to four passengers.
- 4 Additional passengers are charged £5 each, payable locally.
- 5 Larger vehicles including vans, double-cab pickups and minibuses are accepted with a £20 surcharge payable directly to the car park.

On arrival, drive directly to the AVPS car park and check in at reception. A member of the AVPS team will guide you through the check-in process.

Check In and Hand Over Keys
Hand over your keys and a member of the team will securely park your vehicle while you continue your journey to the airport.

Transfer to the Terminal
Board the courtesy shuttle bus to Gatwick Airport. Transfers operate on demand and typically take between 15 and 20 minutes depending on traffic conditions.

Return Journey
When you return, collect your luggage and call the number provided on your booking confirmation. The shuttle bus will collect you from the airport and return you to the car park where your vehicle will be ready for collection.

EV Charging Service
For EV charging bookings, your vehicle will be charged during your trip and ready for your return. Customers must bring their own charging cable and arrive with a minimum 5% battery charge.
