East Midlands Airport's Meet & Greet is a full-service, pre-book-only option. On the day, exit the M1 or A42 onto the A453, follow the signs into the airport and take the middle lane marked "M&G pre-booked only" to the sheltered inspection area. Pull into a drop-off bay, where inspection cameras scan your car's condition, then leave your keys at reception. One of the airport's drivers takes it to an official, highly secure on-site car park. From there, it's a short walk straight to check-in. When you return, your car will be waiting close by in the red, yellow or green collection zone, so you just pick up your keys from reception and drive home.

How to get there
  1. 1 Exit the M1 or A42 onto the A453 and follow it to the main entrance of the airport.
  2. 2 Turn right into the airport, and at the roundabout take the second exit, going straight on towards the terminal building.
  3. 3 Take the middle lane signposted "M&G pre-booked only" and head to the sheltered inspection area.
  4. 4 Inspection cameras scan your car's condition as you pull into a drop-off bay, then leave your keys at reception and one of the airport's drivers takes it to the secure on-site car park.
