You can also find both a nursing room and a multi-faith prayer room within the Capital One Lounge – both are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
The lounge is open from 06:00 – 21:00 daily.
Food and Beverage Offerings
The food offerings are truly Texan in nature – big, and a huge variety. You can get a quick grab-and-go pre-packaged sandwich or salad from one of the well-stocked fridges if you’re after a light bite, while there’s also a self-serve buffet with many baked goods including croissants, muffins and cookies. Hot food is also available, ranging from the light quinoa salad to the heartier options such as mac and cheese and chicken pot pie. If that wasn’t enough, there’s also a huge range of charcuterie to choose from, as well as desserts such as brownies and macaroons.
Drinks-wise, all of your favourite soft drinks are complimentary and available on a self-serve basis. Alcoholic drinks are also complimentary, but these are served by bartenders. There are no dedicated workspaces within the Capital One Lounge, but there is a range of comfortable seating, as well as tables, so if you need to quickly set up your laptop, this is more than feasible within the lounge itself.

The entry fee for first-time guests is $65 USD (£50.79). However, for those who are Venture or Spark Miles cardholders, you are allowed two free visits to the Capital One Lounge every year, before having to pay anything. Meanwhile, Venture X cardholders get unlimited free access.
Walk-In Availability

The Club DFW Lounge

Also located in Terminal D, the Club DFW is split into five distinct zones: the Privacy Zone, Replenish Zone, Productivity Zone, Relax Zone and Refresh Zone.
