Location
The Aspire Lounge is easy to find and access. Simply go through security, then proceed through duty free. Continue on and head through to the main departure area. The lounge is located adjacent to the stairs/escalator on the right-hand-side, next to JD Sports and opposite Starbucks.


Who Gets Access?
The Aspire Lounge welcomes all travellers regardless of ticket class or airline as well as individuals who hold memberships with relevant lounge programmes. The only requirements are that people agree to the terms and conditions of entry and have a valid boarding pass. Aspire do not charge any additional booking fees, and if your plans change then you're able to cancel or amend bookings easily.
Access to the lounge is granted three hours prior to the time of your departure, which the lounge will automatically set once you make your booking online. You're free to leave the lounge and return any time during your stay, but you must keep your luggage with you at all times.
If you are travelling as a group and would like to be seated together, then it's best to book as a group. Any groups of 6 or more must contact the Guest Relations team on 0203 283 8449 to enquire about availability.

Your experience in The Aspire Lounge will be a memorable one if you grab the opportunity of indulging in their scrumptious food served in a buffet style. You're spoilt for choice with their variety of freshly prepared hot and cold foods throughout breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Breakfast is served from opening up until 12:30pm, where guests can tuck into a cooked and continental breakfast. Following this, from 12:30pm up until closing, the afternoon and evening menu kicks in where you'll be served delicious dishes from soups and delis, to pastas and curries. The menu also includes vegan and vegetarian options, so there really is something for everyone. If you don't fancy getting stuffed then not to worry, you can always nibble on their range of crisps, bakery goods, and biscuits.
Pair your meal with a drink picked from the selection of alcohol, hot or soft drinks. If you have something to celebrate, then there's champagne or prosecco available to purchase from the bar. Let's just say that the staff may have to roll you to your flight after all of this!

Yes, children are most definitely allowed. In fact, The Aspire Lounge is an incredibly family-friendly space offering services and facilities to accommodate you and your children. Infants under the age of 1 enter for free whereas children aged 2-12 would require a child ticket. Children above the age of 12 will be charged the full adult payment.

Dress Code
