Who gets access?
The Escape Lounge welcomes all passengers regardless of ticket class or airline. The bookings come with extra flexibility of free cancellation of up to 24 hours before your entry, so your trip is never at risk. You're able to access the lounge three hours prior to the time of your departure, and they also offer COVID protection ensuring your safety and peace of mind. Priority Pass, DragonPass, Lounge Key and other card consolidator access is subject to availability.
The lounge is family friendly so children are more than welcome. However, if your child is 25-35 months, then make sure you call on 0808 168 6111 to make them aware of the fact that you'll be bringing children within that age range. If your child is under the age of 2 then a phone call is not necessary. If you are a group over 6, wishing to use the lounge facilities, then you must receive prior authorisation from the lounge before booking. It's always best to pre-book as this guarantees you a space and avoids disappointments on the day.

Infants aged 0-35 months enter for free whereas children aged three years and older would require the full standard payment per child. Dress Code
You don't have to go through your entire wardrobe stressing about what to wear for your time in the Escape Lounge as they are open and welcome to all styles of attire, just keep it smart and casual. Bear in mind that you will be spending time in a family environment so it would be helpful to keep your clothing child friendly and appropriate. They do not allow items such as replica sports kits or items with team names/logos, clothing with slogans or motifs that may cause offence, caps/hats, fancy dress, and clothing that exposes midriffs or upper thighs. You also cannot enter the lounge whilst using hair rollers, so make sure you take them out beforehand!
