There are actually two short stay car parks at NTL and they’re a top pick when you’re jetting off for a weekend or a little longer. Located close to the terminal, these uncovered parking lots have ample disabled parking spaces, family parking spaces and are also suitable for pick ups and drop offs. Long stay 1

You’ll find Long stay 1 parking across from the car rental pick-up/drop off area, on the other side of Williamstown Drive. It’s a little further from the terminal but offers great value when you’re away on a vacation or business trip that’s a little longer.

Long stay saver

This car park is the furthest from the NTL terminal, but it’s still only a 7-minute walk or comfy free shuttle bus away. If you’re a thrifty traveller, there’s no other official, onsite option that offers such good value and this secure outdoor option is suitable for disabled travellers too. If you want to park your motorbike, please use a designated space – bikes shouldn’t be left on any other areas at the airport.

Whether you’re spending the amount of pre-flight time you predicted at NTL or a little longer than expected (delays are rare, but they do happen), you’ll definitely be cosy, comfy and well taken care of.

For starters, there’s free Wi-Fi throughout the terminal to check your emails, snap those obligatory selfies and post them on your socials. If you need to draw cash, there are three ATMs in the terminal – two in departures and one in arrivals. And you’ll find luggage trolleys outside departures and arrivals as well as in most car parks. There’s a small fee for using trolleys that’s payable by credit card (a portion of which is reimbursed when you return the trolley to a bay).

There’s a dedicated parents’ room opposite Gate 2 in departures and it has a baby nursing chair and changing facilities. You’ll also find baby change facilities and nappy bins in disabled toilets in arrivals, departures, international departures and check-in.
