      １．まず空室の確認を

      I'd like to visit to Hawaii on June this year.

      ３．Ｗｅｂサイトから予約を入れる
        この会社はオンラインで入力できるフォームがあったので入力する。
        料金が明示され、コストがはっきりと分かる。

        料金の確認がその場できる

        問題がなければSend Informationを押し予約をいれる。

      ４．返事がくる
        予約するフォームだと思っていたが、単なる空室確認だった模様。３の行為は、１・２のくり返しとなってしまう。
        すなわちこの会社の物件を予約する場合、１・２はやらずに３から行なってもよかった。

        日程：７月５日から１２日 ７泊
        宿泊人数：大人２人、子供２人（２歳と３歳） 合計４人

        デポジット（国際送金チェック７００ドル）は航空便ですぐにお送りします。
        電話は残念ながらできません。なぜならそちらの朝はこちらの深夜なものですから。
        詳しい情報はぜひ一般郵便かE-mailまたはＦａｘでお送りください。
        そして予約が確認されたらHale Moanaの写真をいくつかお送りください。
        庭園の島の訪問を楽しみにいたしております。

      ６．ようやく予約確認書がくる
      Aloha Mr. Ito,

      We have the Hale Moana reserved for you for the dates 7/5 - 7/12/98.
      Hale Moana is rented at $1600 per week plus 10% tax and a $75.00 outclean charge.
      You need to mail us a check for $500 US funds with in 14 days from today to Garden Island Rentals,
      P.O. Box 57, Koloa, Kauai, HI, 96765.
      The deposit is refundable and is not applied to rent, tax, or cleaning.
      When we receive your deposit, we will mail you a detailed confirmation letter.
      The key to Hale Moana is located in the lockbox, which is attached to the front door.
      The combination to the lockbox, the total amount due, written directions and a map to Hale Moana
      will be mailed to you along with your confirmation letter, prior to your arrival.
      I will mail you pictures of Hale Moana today. We look forward to your visit.

      Hale Moanaは１週間１６００ドルに税金１０％および掃除代７５ドルとなります。
      また５００ドルの小切手を今日から１４日以内にGarden Island Rentals,P.O. Box 57, Koloa, Kauai, HI, 96765.
      に郵送いただく必要があります。
      デポジットはお泊りにならなかった場合返金いたします。
      デボジットの入金が確認されましたら、詳しい予約確認書をお送りします。
      Hale Moanaの鍵は玄関のドアのノブについているロックボックスの中にあります。
      ロックボックスの開け方、お支払い総額、Hale Moanaの地図は、到着前にお送りする予約確認書と一緒にお送りします。
      本日Hale Moanaの写真をお送りします。ご訪問をお待ちしています。

      ７．デポジットを払う
        Garden Island Rentalsはめずらしくクレジットカードが使えません。したがって日本からドル建ての小切手を送る必要があります。
        しかし一般の日本人で小切手を振り出せる人は少ないでしょうから、ここではマネーオーダーを作ることをお勧めします。
        マネーオーダーによる支払は現金支払とほぼ同様の意味をなしますので、クレジットカードをお持ちでないかたなどはこの方法をおすすめします。詳しくはこちら。

      ８．確認書・地図などが郵送されてくる（画像をクリックすると大きくなります。）


      書いてある内容は；

      予約内容の確認

      チェックインが１５：００、チェックアウトが１０：００ＡＭ。
      長距離電話はできないので、クレジットカードによる電話の準備を。もし長距離電話をする場合はサービス手数料としてＵＳ＄２５。

      残金の支払方法。クレジットカードは受け付けていないとの念押し。


      ９０日までのキャンセルはキャンセル料＄５０。その後はデポジットは返金しない。
